Confidential 1-to-1 support with an accredited Muslim counsellor. Available to members of our community and the wider UK public, in English or Bangla.

We offer a safe, non-judgemental space to talk through marriage difficulties, family tensions, grief, stress and questions of faith. Sessions run for 50 minutes and can be held over video, phone, or in-person at our London office.
Pricing
First session is free. Subsequent sessions are offered on a donation basis, pay what you can. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Confidentiality
Everything you share with your counsellor stays between you and them. We do not share session content with family, employers, or the wider madrasa. Exceptions are made only where we are legally obliged (risk-to-life, safeguarding a minor).
